Flying W Ranch

United States Air Force Acadamy

Visitors may access several overlooks across the Academy, the Cadet Chapel, the Honor Court, Arnold Hall, the Cadet Field House, Falcon Athletic Center, Falcon Stadium, the Association of Graduates building and the Visitor Center. Some of these facilities do not open until 9 a.m. The Terrazzo, airfield and housing areas are off-limits. Dinosaur Resource Museum

We have a marvelous world class museum here in Woodland Park. We feature an awe-inspiring display of dinosaurs, prehistoric marine reptiles, pterosaurs and fish of North America’s late Cretaceous period. The fossil skeletons on display are supplemented with vibrant graphics and life-restoration sculptures to help you visualize these fascinating animals in life and the environments

Denver Children`s Museum

The Children’s Museum of Denver is all about children and their grown-ups learning through play. With interactive exhibits, year-round special events, and daily educational programming, there is always something fun and exciting to do.

Denver Aquarium

Downtown Aquarium was purchased by Landry`s Restaurants, Inc. in 2003, when it was Colorado`s Ocean Journey Aquarium. On July 14, 2005, Landry`s reopened the redesigned complex as Downtown Aquarium. The entertainment and dining complex features a public aquarium boasting more than a million gallons of underwater exhibits that highlight fascinating ecosystems around the world. Downtown Aquarium houses over 500 species of animals, the interactive Stingray Reef touch tank, Aquarium Restaurant, Dive Lounge, the Nautilus Ballroom and amusements for the entire family.

Denver Botanic Gardens

Denver Botanic Gardens is centrally located at 1007 York Street in Denver, just 10 minutes east of downtown and one mile north of the Cherry Creek Shopping Center.

Butte Opera House

The Butte Theater is an 1890`s theater refurbished for modern use. Owned by the City of Cripple Creek, the Butte decor includes Victorian-era wallpaper, and period chandeliers. A 1,350-square foot stage spans the main room, with seating for 199 guests. The stage is home to professional and community theater productions as well a variety of entertainment venues.
