This house has plenty of room to spread out & relax. The master bedroom has a California king bed, dresser & nightstands an additional sitting area and private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, dresser & night stands. The third bedroom has a queen size bed, desk, & sitting area. This house has plenty of room for entertaining with the large open living room/dining room area. Enjoy cooking in the gourmet kitchen with state of the art appliances, custom oak cabinets & granite tile countertops. Extend you cooking pleasures out on the massive deck which is equipped with a stainless steel propane barbeque grill, barrel cooler and patio furniture. Great area to relax and soak up the Colorado sunshine!
