Please review the general policies below before reserving with Red Door Vacation Rentals. These policies do pertain to all of our homes.

AGE REQUIREMENT-Must be 25 years of age with a valid credit card to reserve.

NON SMOKING PROPERTIES-All of our vacation homes are non smoking. Security deposit will be forfeited if smoke is detected.

PETS-Dogs are allowed at most of our homes with prior approval. Additional $15.00/dog/night fee applies. Pet owners are responsible for clean-up of any/all pet refuse. Pets are not allowed on furniture at any time. Any evidence of pets on furniture may incur extra cleaning fees. All pets must be up to date on rabies vaccinations and all other vaccinations. Heartworm preventive is highly recommended. All pets are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and tick are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the pet owner. The homeowners assume no responsibility for illness or injury that may incur to pets or humans while on the premises.

CHECK-IN AND OUT-Check-in time is after 3 P.M. MST and Check-out time 10:30 A.M. MST NO Early Check-ins or check-outs without prior approval.

SECURITY DEPOSIT-A damage/reservation deposit of $250 is required on all properties. This must be received within ten (10) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.

1. No damage is done to the house or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.

2. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.

3. All debris & rubbish is placed in trash containers.

4. Soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.

5. One load of laundry is started.

6. All keys are left in the lock box and unit is left locked.

7. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure

8. No linens are lost or damaged.

9. No Early check-in or late check-out.

10. The renter is not evicted by the owner, representative of the owner or local law enforcement.
